The service
Sejal's Property is a record-keeping and communication tool for property owners and their tenants. The tenant app is free; owners use the service under a paid subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you create.
Owner subscription, billing & refunds
- Plans. Owner access requires an auto-renewing subscription: ₹500/month or ₹5,000/year when purchased on sejalsproperty.com (processed by Razorpay), or ₹699/month or ₹6,999/year when purchased inside the app (billed by Apple or Google under their terms). One subscription covers unlimited properties, and your staff use the app at no extra cost. Tenants never pay.
- Renewal & cancellation.Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel web subscriptions anytime from your Subscription page, and app subscriptions from your app store's subscription settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds.Fees for a started billing period are non-refundable except where required by law. Purchases made through Apple or Google follow that store's refund policy. If you believe you were charged in error, write to support@sejalsproperty.com within 7 days and we will review it.
- Lapsed subscription.If your subscription ends, your data is retained and remains visible to you and your tenants; creating or changing records pauses until you renew. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, applying from your next renewal.
Important disclaimers
- No identity verification.The app stores ID documents that owners upload but does not verify anyone's identity. KYC and police verification remain the owner's responsibility under local law.
- No payment processing or verification.Payments happen outside the app (cash, the tenant's UPI app, bank transfer). The app records what owners and tenants enter; it cannot confirm that money actually moved.
- Not legal advice. Any templates, notices, settlement statements or receipts the app produces are convenience documents, not legal advice. Consult a professional for legal matters.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to harass anyone, to store data about people without a genuine tenancy relationship, or to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app, including disputes between owners and tenants, data entry errors, or downtime, and our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
