Common questions
Why is the app price higher than the web price?
In-app subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, who charge a store commission. Subscribing on sejalsproperty.com costs less; either way, one subscription unlocks the app AND the web dashboard with the same phone-number login.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. You (and your tenants) can still see everything — adding or changing records just pauses until you renew.
I have several PGs — do I pay per property?
No. One subscription covers unlimited properties, tenants and staff.
How do I cancel?
Web subscriptions: one click on your Subscription page — no charges after the paid period. App subscriptions: cancel in your app store's subscription settings.
Do my tenants or staff ever pay?
Never. Tenants are free forever, and staff use the owner app free under your plan.
